Several automated systems that support personnel management services and programs will be unavailable Thursday and Friday as Human Resources Command upgrades its data storage capabilities.
A systemwide outage is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. Eastern time Thursday and end at noon Friday.
Major systems going offline during the temporary outage include the Interactive Personnel Records Management System, the Electronic Military Personnel Office, the Integrated Total Army Personnel Data Base, the Department of the Army Photo Management Information System and My Board File.
Also affected will be the Enlisted Distribution and Assignment System and the Total Officer Personnel Management Information System.
