Army National Guard and Army Reserve Military Police are taking part in training with the 3rd Battalion 169th Regiment of the Connecticut Army National Guard at Stones Ranch Military Reservation in East Lyme, Conn.

The troops are beginning the third week of the four-week program that focuses on potential operating environments during a deployment. The first two weeks of the training focused on law enforcement activities conducted on a military base or post. Monday’s training was in various driving skills in Humvees, including slalom driving, backing and off-road.
