Sailor found dead on Navy patrol boat in San Diego

SAN DIEGO The Navy says a sailor has been found dead on a patrol boat in San Diego Harbor.

Navy Region Southwest Public Affairs said in a statement that no foul play is suspected in the death of the sailor found Tuesday.

The Naval Criminal Investigative Service and San Diego Harbor police are investigating the cause of death.

The name of the sailor was withheld and no further details were immediately released.
