Navy Secretary Ray Mabus and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Jon Greenert announced the following flag officer assignments Monday:
■ Rear Adm. Mark Belton will be deputy commander, Naval Supply Systems Command, Mechanicsburg, Pa. Belton previously served as commander, Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group, Williamsburg, Va.
■ Rear Adm. Russell Allen will be deputy commander, 7th Fleet, Yokosuka, Japan. Allen previously served as executive assistant, Navy Reserve Joint Contingency Unit Detachment 502, U.S. Pacific Fleet, San Diego.
■ Rear Adm. Priscilla Coe will be deputy chief of staff, Bureau of Medicine M7, Falls Church, Va. Coe previously served as reserve affairs officer, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, Falls Church.
■ Rear Adm. W. Kent Davis will be vice chief of information, Washington, D.C. Davis previously served as deputy assistant chief of information, Washington.
■ Rear Adm. Daniel Gard will be deputy chief of chaplains for reserve matters, Washington, D.C. Gard previously served as Joint Task Force Guantanamo chaplain, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
■ Rear Adm. Valerie Huegel will be commander, Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group, Williamsburg, Va. Huegel previously served as deputy commander, Global Logistics Support Command, San Diego.
■ Rear Adm. Daniel MacDonnell will be reserve deputy commander, 10th Fleet, Fort Meade, Md. MacDonnell previously served as Navy Reserve commanding officer, 10th Fleet, Fort Meade.
■ Rear Adm. James McNeal will be deputy commander, Global Logistics Support Command, San Diego. McNeal previously served as commodore, 5th Naval Expeditionary Logistics Regiment, Point Hueneme, Calif.
