If asked what for a suitable caption of this
Greenside of the Week comic, I would, without hesitation, suggest,
“Why Marine 0-3’s get the best accomodations.”
Broadside is absolutely brilliant. For years, I assumed that Jeff Bacon was enlisted or at least prior enlisted Sailor.
I was surprised to learn that he is a retired fuul-bird captain who wrapped up 20 years (only 20 years???) of service.
CAPT Jeff Bacon continues to prove that he’s a genius with Greenside, which probably prompts his many admirers to wonder if he has prior service with the Marine Corp.
