In his case, the CO on his shirt stands for “cockeyed”-Optimist or Completely Off-target…thank heavens he was never called on to be a sniper.

SSgt Johnson and TSgt Thomas were still amazed that they were able to get Captain Peterson to wear the “Completely Oblivious” shirt, but they were even more amazed when they discovered how appropriate that really was.
