Remember the story about the re-enlistment ceremony for 1,215 troops in Baghdad on the 4th of July? (If not, see “Largest re-enlistment ceremony ever…in Baghdad”.)
Michael Tollefson sent these photos to me – they give a wonderful perspective on the size of the group, as well as the dignity with which the ceremony was held. That’s Gen. David Petraeus administering the oath.
