Pentagon Memorial

The new Pentagon Memorial opened on September 11th. The memorial honors all the victims – those within the Pentagon, and those on American Airlines Flight 77. The individual memorials are set up so that when looking at a name of one who was killed inside the Pentagon, the Pentagon itself is in view. For those on the plane, a visitor sees the sky when reading the name. See the Memorial website for more details.
