More good news from Iraq

In a recent report to Congress titled, “Measuring Stability and Security in Iraq” (it’s a .pdf file), DOD reports that infrastructure concerns have overtaken security as the number one issue in Iraq. Read a good summary of the report in, “Report Charts Continued Progress in Iraq.”
