A sea change in the submarine force

Navy Secretary Ray Mabus announced that the Navy is moving aggressively toward integrating women aboard submarines. In an article by Armed Services Network titled, “Women ’soon’ will serve on submarines, Navy Secretary says“, Mabus states, “I believe women should have every opportunity to serve at sea, and that includes aboard submarines.”
