Anyone a Maritime graduate?

Howdy,
I am a current student here at Texas A&M University at Galveston and I am planning on joining the Coast Guard as an Officer. Is there anyone who is an Officer in the USCG who can tell me a little about the MARGRAD program and what it is like to be an Officer in the USCG?
