Whats the process for direct commission through AMEDD?

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor . I am interested in goining into the reserves. I was in the reserves from 1990-1999 as an enlisted (psychiatric specialist) but want to go back as an officer. IDoes anyone have any knowledge about this?

The AMEDD website is not very helpful.

What is the application process?
What is the training process? (I have already completed Basic Training--enlisted)
What bonuses are available?
Is there a loan repayment plan available?
