Well honey, you got to quit being so worried and stressed or it will eat your tummy up. They have some good over the counter stuff like pepsid. Eat bland food without salt or hot stuff. Keep water in your belly. You may be having problems with your gall bladder. It is what regulates the acid in your stomache. Does you stomache hurt when you eat dairy? Dont be afraid to go to the doctor. You wont get kicked out for getting sick. Your gonna get sick from time to time. Tell them what is going on and they will take care of you I promise.

GO TO SICK CALL. You probably didn't hear it much as IET soldier, but take care of your body. Because no one else in the military is going to. Sure you might catch some flack from your NCO support channel, but if you have a valid medical complaint it is your right to be treated. Talk to your first line supervisor, find out your units procedure and go at the next opportunity.

Good advise from all kid. Go see the doc and get it taken care of before it becomes worse. Your no good to any one to include yourself if you can't eat or drink (no alcohol makes it worse).

Request to go to sick call. Get it looked at. And stop worrying about stuff so much.
