Destroyer's Four Day Work Week Article

I am curious to know what everyones response to last week's Four Day Work Week article is. Like it, dislike it, comments or points of view. This topic warranted the main front page story in Navy Times, yet no discussion as of yet? What gives?

In the middle of a war where some parts of the military is stretched and handling numerous deployments... the navy has a 4 day work week.

I think it is good for quality of life and makes up for going out to sea but it may give the impression the navy is not in the fight
