Navy staff personel both outside and inside of Americas community should consider candidates with 4 year degree's more often for officer elect training. Specialist in the Navy should be allowed to know the sources needed to execute thier carrer goals in the Navy and not have to submit themselves to dark unknown options. By this option many Navy candidates would be able to complete thier goal carrers in the Navy in a neat and systematic way. Many times a Navy candidate's educational college and university academia success goes unnoticed and Navy Depers are lost in opportunity transitions. Opportunity in the service should be greater least to say and deepers should be allowed equal opportunity to exceed thier leadership expectations as a member of the US Military who chooses to protect America. America is much to vast in opportunities to not include thier service men and woman to excell on thier dreams. Dreams meaning completing fulfillment and at the same time protecting and saving those around consumed to terror and global threat. America and many other countries are in support for anti terroist programs that help reduce labor pressures, however the War on Terror has consumed us slowly and we as service men and woman must not allow any curriculum /academia potential to ponder while serving in the U.S Navy tso that we may put anend on the War on Terror. As service men and woman it is worthy to acknowledge that our true weapon is in fact a knowledge that goes unnoticed in times of such acts of terror. Having education and using what we learn is a great tool that works side by side with the carrer choice Navy enlistes are assigned to. Take it from an SGA Senator, the Navy it is a demanding service in which we are destined to serve as future leaders of our Global War on Terror.
