16 year break in service

I am trying to get back into the air guard after a 16 year break in service...The issues I want to understand so the recruiter does his job well are the following: how do I do my homework on what my dates for "time in service", "time in grade", "date of rank" and "pay date" will be...thanks in advance for any info...

Very possible...I was in from 83-92...The time was a mix of active and reserve...getting paid for over 9 when I got out...hind sight is what it is...

I had a 6yr break in service beforing joing the guard, the only thing that started over for me was my pay date and my time in grade also started over.
