I just came across NavyBMR.com (http://www.navybmr.com) which is a free resource for all sailors in the fleet providing the most recent bibs with direct links to most references, an advancement calculator to take the guessing out of how many points you are going into the exam with, a test bank of over 4,300 questions, and takes the hassle out of trying to track down most of your study material. I thought I would share this site with everyone because I really think it could help you or your sailors out with the advancement exam.

Thanks for the info. The Navy has the NKO and E learning but these two sites can sometimes be overwhelming. This site looks user friendly i'll have to refer it to the juniors.
