Prior Service Navy

I am prior service Navy 97-02 HM 8404,8483,8446. I am currently in the AirForce reserves IRR 2T231 E-4until June of this year. I am 36 yr's old. I am interested in going back into the Army active duty. Does anyone know what my options are at this time. I would like to do 15 more years and retire at 52. Does anyone have any information on on the MOS 68D Surgical technologist ? This MOS is the same as my Navy NEC and I have been doing this job since I have gotten out of the Navy. Any info on what the job is like in the Army, Deployments etc. would be great.
