I'm a Reservist and I was wondering if you know what a PRSACT with a code of "B" is? I called HRC and they said that I was flagged with that code on it but they also didn't know what it was and emailed someone else about it and now I'm in a holding pattern. I know there's a SFPARS "b" but can't find out what that is either. In 2008 I was placed on IRR because of "UNRESOLVABLE EMPLOYMENT CONFLICTS" not sure if that has anything to do with it. Also my physical is expired. Other than that I've never been in trouble in the Army not even a Negative Counseling Statement. I would really appreciate the help
