Hello,
I am currently a college student and have one class to take this fall before I will have my bachelors degree in forensic science. However I am employed at a hospital as a nursing assistant because I have changed my desire to a career in nursing in the future. I really would like to join the navy as well but am a little unclear as to how the education programs for nursing are. Since I have a bachelors degree, would I go in as an officer and how would I go about becoming a nurse? Does the navy provide the education at certain schools or would I have to wait and be accepted into a college on my own and first get a nursing degree before joining the navy? Would the navy pay for my classes? Also, would I be living on a base while attending nursing school, if I am recieving my education through the navy? Thank you for any help anyone can give me with answering my questions, Im a little lost, LOL!
