Like said above... you better decide if you want to make the AF a career; PT is a condition of employment... do it or find another career.

kick u self in the butt, just don't argue with your assailant...:D
Do this three times a day for a month, if one leg gets larger than the other, switch, if after this you feel any better about matters, you may want to possibly take to running, at least your legs will be in shape, as for the butt, well, who knows:eek:  :D

If you can't get yourself motivated, then find yourself a workout buddy who's at about the same or slightly better fitness level than you. Some people just need someone else there urging them on.

Just go to the gym nuff said. The hardest part of going to the gym is getting there. Once there find something to do. I have the same problem why leave my video games to go work out. But once i fight myself to the gym i'm like ok lets do this and im in there for a good 90 min or so once im in the mood. Or buy a supplement. Honestly its what they are good for. MOTIVATION i think they are all placebo. If i give you a glass of juice and say if you drink it all you will have alot of energy. You just drank blue gatorade and ran 3 miles with ease because in your head that drink gave you energy.

but bottomline the hardest obsticle for the gym is getting there.

Set goals for miles run and then reward (or penalize) yourself based on whether or not you actually do it.

For example, I run so I can eat (without gaining weight). So, when I don't run, I don't allow myself to eat my favorite foods (hamburgers, pizza, fried chicken...). That never lasts more than a day or two before I'm back out on the trail to earn myself a cheeseburger.
