National Guard to Air Force

I'm in the National Guard and only took the oath once and need to take it again because I'm a high school student. Does that mean that I'm locked in the National Guard? I'm asking this because I'm thinking about joining the Air Force instead. Is that still possible?

Try to get a conditional realease from your unit. You shouldnt have a problem getting one
