my fiancejust got on a plane to go down to fort knox after turning himself in from being awol for about twoinhalf years he came home on christmas break from AITS and than missed his fight and ran he just got a warrent recently he had his name ran before and it never came up can someone please tell me what is most likely going to happen to him we have two babies and im really worried and scared

well, you got yourself a real bright one it looks like. He can get anything from jail time to just getting booted out. Probably isnt going to be a good thing either way.

He will be home in about two weeks (maybe longer because of the upcoming holidays) with an Other Than Honorable discharge. Unless he was under investigation or punishment when he ran away...then yes, he could be spending some time at one of the Army's homes for wayward children. Hopefully he never wants to join any branch of the military because he will have a RE4 code, which pretty much means no recruiter will talk to him. I was an MP at Fort Knox and helped process numerous returnees. Sadly, this happens literally every day.
