I know Reserve Soldiers do not physically appear before the Promotion Board. Only their packet (DA Form 3355) goes before the board and it is graded using the DA Form 3356-1 as stated earlier

I need provide that to my chain of command in black and white from AR 600-8-19 or from any thing else.....

Also, were you directly assigned to an active duty unit, or were you first assigned to a USAR unit and then attached to an AC unit?

This might have a major bearing on which promotion system you fall under (though not entirely sure).
