Male astronaut in love triangle to leave NASA

The male astronaut involved in the Lisa Nowak love triangle is being shipped back to the Navy, NASA officials said Friday.

Shuttle pilot Cmdr. William Oefelein was told Wednesday that his detail to NASA will end June 1.

“The Navy and NASA have mutually agreed to end his detail to NASA,” said Kylie Clem, a spokeswoman at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston.

Clem said Oefelein completed his assignment as the pilot of shuttle Discovery on an International Space Station assembly mission in December and would be returning to the Navy.

Both Nowak and Oefelein also could face courts-martial for cheating on their spouses, conduct that the military considers unbecoming of an officer, officials said.

Let's see. Here's where NASA has gone from its inception. We went from gritted fighter pilots to the "First Program." I am still waiting for the first one-legged bi-polar lesbian to go up to the space station to have sex with the first black one-armed bi-sexual French dyke.

The Navy will do what it normally does to Officers, They won't court martial them for adultery instead they will do what they do to all the other Officers. Put both of them somewhere to graze like horses to a pasture and let them retire with full benefits.
Now if this was a enlisted sailor they would have all ready busted them down in rank, devastated there family financially and said to them this is the foreseeable consiquences from a court martial!!!!!

Wow!! I personally think this is one of the stupidest things out of NASA yet.
1) He was not involved with Lisa's criminal activity.
2) He's divorced so how is this adultry?
3) He is a very skilled individual with a high end education and posses a high level of self displine in a professional enviroment. In other words his involvment with her was off duty.It did not spill in to the job enviroment until the media dramatized his involvment.
4) The president, while at work ,in this countries office of operation,the highest office of this country, had kinky sexual relations with someone who was not his wife on the @#$% desk. Yet he remained president and today still receives and will receive till death all the benifits of that office.

Maybe people are forgetful I dont know. I honestly feel NASA needs to rethink this decision and allow him to return. Thats if he is willing too. They are loosing a valuble asset.

Lisa had a mental breakdown and really needs to seek theropy for her actions.

All it takes for adultery is for one person to be married and the other person in the twosome to know that person is married.

In todays society that is the norm any more. That is small potatos to my other statement about an office that is much more meaningful.
