I'm more than a bit upset that Navy Times chose to feature the drunken travesty that occured onboard the USS HALSEY and only gave LT Murphy a small caption at the top. Why not plaster his face on the front of the paper and dedicate that edition to a man who died heroically? I suppose heroics no longer sells papers.

I totally agree. It seems that they get caught up just like the other media in recognizing something dishonorable first. I geuss they worry about themselves first. I am not sure their name fits their intentions.

The man is a hero.
