Let's see....Hmmmm.....as a Mom who has 2 sons in the military, I tend to be a cheerleader, hug giver, you can do it, your awesome type of person and let the AD folks figure out what's wrong and what needs imrpoved on. That's their province and one I don't step on. So, for me, nope...this part of everyone has to say no. ;)
