Getting Order Changed

Hello, I am looking at trying to find out information about getting my orders changed. I have orders to report to FT. Riley, Kansas in April. I do not want to go there. I would like to go to a Garrison post or at least a Garrison company. From what I am being told is that there is no way in which to get my orders changed. I am sure there is, but i need help in figuring out how to go about doing it. If you have any information in how to go about doing this, please let me know. Thank you

Hi my husband just got orders to fort drum (i believe is a garrison post) and he is looking to swap with someone else and kansas was one of his choices he wanted to go to. Just let me know if you are interested.
