what would the military do if you take a phisical and they find you have a abnornal heart beat? would they still take you or would i have to sign a waver to join. please answer as soon as you can.

I guess you would probably have to go for a waver. Hope that someone here has more detailed information for you! :)

You seem to have a misconception of what a waiver is. A) you don't sign a waiver. It isn't you waiving liability, it is the military waiving a disqualifying factor to allow you to serve. B) in most cases yes YOU have to request a waiver. However, in the case of medical issues, you have no input what so ever. It is a MEPS determination. They decide if it can/should be waived and they let the recruiter know. The recruiter then runs the waiver. Very seldom will a waiver be run w/out MEPS blessing but it can happen-has to be a damn good reason to run a med waiver that wasn't reccomended my MEPS.
Long story short, submit your prescreen to MEPS, provide them the docs they want and see how it goes...
