AGR 05 non retained but is DA selected for 06

Retention board takes place at the state level for AGR soldiers. 05 is non retained for no apparent reason-nothing negative in file or OER's...comes out on the DA06 list...is given 6 months and then out....has asked for superiors to look into if the board was handled properly....nothing from superiors....can anything be done?

Are you title 32 or title 10? If you are title 10 and over 6 years of AD, you may be eligible for involuntary separation pay...
