Robins airman charged with seducing teen, 14

An airman from Robins Air Force Base, Ga., has been arrested on charges that he seduced a 14-year-old girl he met on the social networking Web site Facebook.
Airman 1st Class Christopher Stevens, 19, of Missouri was arraigned Monday in Concord, Mass., on a felony charge of child enticement.
According to a release from the Middlesex County district attorney’s office, Massachusetts state police and Town of Stow police arrested Stevens on Friday after the girl’s parents reported her missing the night before.
Police found Stevens and the girl in a hotel room in Concord, Mass., by tracing Facebook messages from the girl’s laptop and text message addressed to Stevens. The messages contained “repeated conversations of a sexual nature,” according to the release.
Stevens is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.
According to a Robins spokesman, Stevens was on leave status when he was arrested and not absent without permission.
He is assigned 52nd Combat Communications Squadron at Robins.
