The Desert Bones
The Desert Bones are a quartet of trombone players from the Third ID Rock of the Task Force Marne Band: Staff Sgt Michael Berryman, Sgt. Mike Franz, Spc. Kalrissian Cooper and Spc. Andrew Maronek. The Bones played for two hours outside of the Coalition DFAC at FOB Victory on May 1, entertaining diners as they left the chow hall. Some stopped to listen, some snapped their fingers as they walked by, and more than a few did a double-take. |
