2012 ConUS COLA with dependents

Applies to members who have command-sponsored dependents residing in the vicinity of the member's duty station. To calculate your monthly allowance, multiply the payout rate for your paygrade, years of service and dependent status by the figure next to duty station in the list of eligible locations found here. The 2012 rates that took effect Jan. 1:
