Died November 16, 2010 Serving During Operation Enduring Freedom
46, of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; assigned to 96th Inpatient Operations Squadron, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.; died Nov. 16 in Houston, Texas, after having been medically evacuated from Kandahar, Afghanistan, on May 22 for treatment of a non-combat illness.
