20, of Wichita Falls, Texas; assigned to 20th Engineer Battalion, 36th Engineer Brigade, Fort Hood, Texas; died Aug. 21 at Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained when insurgents attacked his unit using small-arms fire in Zhari province, Afghanistan.
