Died February 25, 2005 serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom

22, of Weston, Mo.; assigned to the 4th Battalion, 1st Field Artillery, Fort Riley, Kan.; killed Feb. 25 when an improvised explosive device detonated while he was on dismounted patrol in Taji, Iraq. Also killed were Spc. Adam N. Brewer and Spc. Jason L. Moski.
