Army Pfc. Gil I. Morales Del Valle
Died August 3, 2011 Serving During Operation Enduring Freedom
21, of Jacksonville, Fla.; assigned to 2nd Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Polk, La; died Aug. 3 in mayde Shar district, Wardak province, Afghanistan, of injuries suffered when enemy forces attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device. Also killed was Pfc. Cody A. Baker.
