21, of Hawthorne, Nev.; assigned to the 204th Military Police Company, 519th Military Police Battalion, 1st Combat Support Brigade, Fort Polk, La.; died Oct. 30 from injuries sustained from contact with enemy forces using small arms fire during check point operations in Baghdad.
