Army Sgt. Rafael E. Bigai Baez
Died September 23, 2011 Serving During Operation Enduring Freedom
28, of San Juan, Puerto Rico; assigned to 2nd Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Polk, La.; died Sept. 23 in Wardak province of injuries caused by an improvised explosive device. Also killed was Pfc. Carlos A. Aparicio.
