Army Spc. Alfred H. Jairala
Died July 31, 2007 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom
29, of Hialeah, Fla.; assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 3rd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team), Fort Lewis, Wash.; died July 31 in Baghdad of wounds sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle. Also killed were Spc. Charles T. Heinlein Jr. and Spc. Zachariah J. Gonzalez.
