34, of Lilburn, Ga.; assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas; died Aug. 22 in Abu Ghraib, Iraq, of wounds sustained from an improvised explosive device.
