Died April 28, 2006 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom
37, of Killeen, Texas; assigned to the 10th Cavalry, 4th Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Hood, Texas; killed April 28 when an improvised explosive device detonated near his Humvee during combat operations in Baghdad. Also killed was Sgt. Jose Gomez.
