28, of Deerfield Beach, Fla.; assigned to SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team 1, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; killed June 28 when an MH-47 Chinook helicopter crashed while ferrying personnel to a battle against militants in eastern Afghanistan.
