Army Sgt. Donald D. Furman
Died October 12, 2005 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom
30, of Burton, S.C.; assigned to the 24th Transportation Company, 541st Maintenance Battalion, Fort Riley, Kan.; killed Oct. 12 when his military vehicle collided with a civilian vehicle and overturned in Balad, Iraq. Also killed was Sgt. Lorenzo Ponce Ruiz.
