Army Spc. Benjamin A. Smith
Died November 2, 2005 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom
21, of Hudson, Wis.; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, Fort Campbell, Ky.; killed Nov. 2 when an improvised explosive device detonated near his Humvee near Baghdad. Also killed were Spc. Joshua J. Munger and Pfc. Tyler R. MacKenzie.
