Died June 06, 2006 serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom34, of Plainfield, Ind.; assigned to the 38th Main Support Battalion, Indiana Army National Guard, Indianapolis; killed June 6 when he was shot by enemy small-arms fire during dismounted combat patrol operations in Khalidiyah, Iraq.
