Died September 02, 2006 serving during Operation Iraqi Freedom32, of Bay City, Mich.; assigned to 4th Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regiment, 172nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, Fort Wainwright, Alaska; died Sept. 2 in Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Landstuhl, Germany, of injuries sustained Aug. 30 when he encountered enemy forces using small-arms fire in Baghdad.
