26, of Ponca City, Okla.; assigned to 1st Battalion, 6th Infantry Regiment, 1st Armored Division, Baumholder, Germany; died Sept. 6 of injuries sustained when he came in contact with enemy forces using small-arms fire during a dismounted security patrol in Ramadi, Iraq.
