Died September 11, 2006 serving during Operation Enduring Freedom26, of Ironwood, Mich.; assigned to 1st Battalion, 32nd Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, N.Y.; died Sept. 11 of injuries suffered in a single-vehicle accident in Asadabad, Afghanistan.
