Died September 7, 2006 Serving During Operation Iraqi Freedom
27, of Tacoma, Wash.; assigned to 47th Combat Support Hospital, 62nd Medical Brigade, Fort Lewis, Wash.; medically evacuated Aug. 24 from Iraq and died Sept. 7 in Spanaway, Wash., from a non-combat related incident in Mosul, Iraq.
